We only had one sump pump to help get the water away from the basement and off and on for as long as we lived here we had some water coming in.  Lately the problem was getting bigger and bigger.  We had a lot of water coming in but your stuff fixed that.  We now also have a battery sump pump too which we did not have before and that worried me when the power would go out.  Your office and guys that came out to the house were all great.

Just wanted to thank you again because I don't have to worry about the basement getting wet in a heavy rain.

This is my dad's house. We have the house for sale and needed a price on what it would take to fix the basement so we could adjust our asking price. Max Davis did a nice job explaining the solution for my problem. He was very knowledgable about products and understood exactly what needed to be done in my home. 

We went ahead with a waterproofing ring for protecting our basement from a hot water heater leak when we had Woods do our basement. Then one evening we could hear a beep in the basement and it was coming from the water staying in the ring. It has an alarm so when the hot water heater started leaking we knew right away. That saved our basement and on a high water bill later.
