There always seemed to be water in the crawl space.  Even though there was a sump pump, water would flood on top of the plastice and stay wet for a long long time.  We had you come out for a free estimate and checked around for referrences and everyone liked you but said you were not cheap. The price seemed a little high initially but now that the work is done and you can see and feel the difference I'm glad we went ahead with the work.
