Excellent!~  I wished the original appointment would have been sooner BUT they called me when something sooner was available!  That was EXCELLENT! The Specialist was very good and explained the Woods System.  Hi & Dry (Crack Team) was a little less but their system wasn't as impressive!  YOUR SYSTEM WAS SOUND.  

When we started having a problem in the basement we started asking friends and family who they thought was the best company and almost all of them said your company.  The whole experience was very impressive as well as the wait for the workers to get to us... 6 week wait.  And you were not the cheapest, but a close friend said that's because you are a top notch company.  You do get what you pay for and we have been dry for 2 months even with this wet spring ansd summer.  It took awhile but it was worth the wait.
