Woods Basement Systems did a great job making sure everything was done right and done right the first time. The salesman that came out gave a good presentation. The sump pump and water guard have done wonders to keep my basement dry.

I did not know all that went into basement waterproofing.  I had a sump pump but my floor was still getting wet.  I was surprised to find out all that Woods offered and James did a very good job explaining how it would all work together.

Installation crew was professional, responsible, answered all of my questions, made sure I knew what was happening and why, and even when my cat disappeared, they helped us locate him in the crawl space. They were great to work with. Everything was cleaned up when the job was complete.
