I wanted to inform you of how pleased I was with the service rendered by your representative. I had a water leak in a closet in my basement, I thought it was coming from outside. I had three companies out for an estimate on fixing the problem. The First company wanted to install something around the house for a price of $900. The second company wanted to charge me $1650 to install a pump etc. The next company wanted $450 to repair what they said was a hole in the foundation of my home. Your salesman came to my home and did an extensive examination of the house. After finding that my problem was caused by a leaking water heater I had a new one installed that afternoon - problem solved! It is so rewarding to find such honesty and integrity in a company. I will certainly recommend your sercices to all my friends. Oh, and did I tell you that your representative took his shoes off at the door rather than walk across my carpet with them on? Now thats a first!

I had an annual maintenance performed by Dave Palmer on my SaniDry and waterproofing. He was extremely professional and extremely proficient. In the past I had issues with rescheduling due to demand, which I understand, but it left a bad taste about the company. After the service, I believe Woods rocks and employs some excellent, quality people.

I've never had better service from any company than I've had from Jose. His analysis of the sunroom project gave me the outcome I needed, and he and his helpers are the best!

Jacob and his crew did a wonderful job. The team worked very hard, was outstanding, and had a great work ethic!
