There were hidden leaks behind the wooden walls in the finished basement of Don and Kathleen W.’s High Ridge, MO home. Years of repeated water intrusion had damaged the finished walls and floors of the basement and made them an eyesore so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a basement waterproofing system.
Woods replaced the wooden walls with BrightWall panels. BrightWall panels are made from riigid white plastic. They are waterproof so they work with the waterproofing system by forming a moisture barrier over the foundation walls. They prevent moisture from entering the basement, instead guiding it down to the perimeter drainage system for removal. BrightWall Panels are also maintenance-free and give the basement a much brighter, cleaner appearance.
A sidewalk in High Ridge, MO, was unleveled and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting and leveling the concrete slabs. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their sidewalk is in great shape!
A crawlspace in High Ridge, MO, was struggling with humidity and stability. This was distressful to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity, as well as other outside elements, out of the crawlspace. Next, a SmartJack™ was used to stabilize the crawlspace. These custom cut steel beams will equally distribute the wright of the building and can tightened over time. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is safe and dry.
