After a specialized consultation with the homeowner, our team designed and implemented a customized foundation repair plan for this Armstrong, IL basement. The solution included the installation of a wall anchor system and steel-plated support beams.

The wall anchor system, visible in the center-left of the after photo, stabilizes the foundation wall by securing a steel rod to the interior basement wall and extending it through the surrounding soil to a durable exterior anchor. This system permanently holds the wall in a stable position and helps prevent further movement. The steel-plated beam system, shown on the right side of the after photo, addresses foundation failure by reinforcing the connection between the foundation wall and the home’s floor system. These beams provide long-term structural joint support and restore stability to the foundation.
