A crawlspace in Hillsboro, IL, was dealing with high humidity that needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowners, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace. This highly durable liner will not only make the dirty crawlspace look nicer, it will also act as a barrier against humidity and other outside elements. Next, a Sedona™ dehumidifier was used to lower the humidity. This system will direct the moisture to the nearest sump pump. Finally, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace will remain dry for years to come!

Homeowner Joyce G. of Sesser, Illinois was thinking about finishing her basement. She knew that before she could accomplish that she would need to waterproof the space. The previous sump pump installed in this Carlyle, Illinois basement did not have a battery backup or sealed lid to keep water vapor from escaping and causing higher humidity in the basement.  Our TripleSafe® sump pump system helps control basement humidity with its sealed lid and has a battery backup sump pump in case of a power outage.

This homeowner was referred by his sister and was trying to stop the leaking basement for years but finally called us.  He was handy so he cut out his own drywall prior to us installing our WaterGuard and would be responsible for putting it back up.
