This highly durable liner will keep the humidity and other outside elements out of the crawlspace. Next a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was installed to get the humidity out of the area. This Winfield, MO homeowner was concerned about his damaged and dented downspout, outlet, and gutter elbow. Luckily, System Design Specialist Bill C. was able to help! Underneath Project Manager Tim R., our crew was able to replace those systems with stronger, more durable pieces. The Gutter Shutter Seamless Gutter System features a wide mouth outlet to help prevent clogs, as well as a downspout that is twice the size of traditional ones. On top of the gutter trough, you can see the end cap of the RainDrop Pro Gutter Guard System that is designed to keep unwanted debris out of the guttering system. This homeowner can rest assured that his gutters will be clog-free and able to keep up with higher volumes of water for many years to come!

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Winfield, MO, causing concern. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes.
