The downstairs floor of a church in Benld, Illinois was having issues with water after heavy rain or storms in the area. Woods Basement Systems was called to install IceGuard and TripleSafe to keep the space dry all the time.

This basement in Marissa, Illinois was musty and wet consistently before Woods installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump system. Now, the basement is dry all year round!

WaterGuard drains are installed around the perimeter of basement walls to collect water leaks and direct them towards the sump pump. These drains will prevent the homeowner from having water damaged walls that would affect the safety of the home's foundation. WaterGuard drains are a french designed drainage system that will keep a previously musty, wet basement healthy and dry.

This system collects water and directs it to a nearby sump pump or directly into drains that lead away from the home's perimeter. Plastic pipes are laid directly underneath the floor and sit on top of the soil to prevent clogging from dirt or other debris. A basement in New Berlin, IL, was leaking during heavy rain. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that enters the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system doesn't clog, due to it's horizontal design.
