A driveway in Columbia, IL was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape! 

This Marquand crawlspace had been cleared of bits and pieces of insulation before installing SmartJacks™ and CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep mold out of the crawlspace and hold up the rest of the home. This will give the homeowner some much-needed peace of mind and comfortability of having a mold-free crawlspace that's easy to access.

Jeremy G. of Godfrey, Illinois had water leaking in through cracks in the foundation walls, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Luke K. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump to fully protect your home at all times, so there is no worry of it not working properly. The WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it collects water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump. This allows for it to be pumped out and away from the home.

Before this Godfrey, Illinois basement was unprotected from water damage. Water would leak in during heavy rains and threaten the well-being of the home. To prevent this, Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains into the perimeter of the space. This way if water were to leak in, the drains would be able to catch them before the water could create harm.
