To rectify this issue CleanSpace was first installed to protect the basement from moisture and contain any wall leaks. Thanks to this system, water leaking in through the walls can be redirected to the WaterGuard System and straight to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The WaterGuard system effectively traps water at the perimeter of the wall and guides excess water to the sump pump. The new TripleSafe Sump Pump will carry excess water out and away from the basement. This pump is the best on the market and is designed to address common issues typically found with similar systems. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
