Our PolyLevel™ System consists of a durable foam that is injected into the concrete. Once it sets and expands, the concrete lifts back to its original position. Now the homeowner can use their patio hassle-free for years to come!
Mike W. had an alarming amount of water coming into his basement through his foundation walls. He was tired of the water damaging his walls and belongings so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a waterproofing system.
As part of the waterproofing system, Woods installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a drainage system installed under the concrete floors of the basement and against the foundation walls. It will remain clog free as it collects water encroaching on the basement from the foundation walls and floors and drain it away to the sump pump for removal.
Mike W. had water coming into his finished basement and ruining his belongings. He had an old sump pump from a different company that had completely stopped working so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a waterproofing system that included a TripleSafe (as shown in the picture).
The TripleSafe contains two powerful cast iron pumps and a battery back up pump. If the primary pump fails or can't keep up with the rising water, the secondary pump kicks in to ensure the basement stays dry even in heavy downpours and the battery back up pump keeps water out of the basement if there's a power outage.
Water was getting in behind the finished walls of Mike W.'s basement in his Des Peres. It was damaging the woods frames and dry wall so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods installed a waterproofing system and removed the bottom half of the finished walls so they could get rid of the rotten wooden frames. Woods then restored the walls with EverLast Wall Panels.
Everlast Wall Panels are more durable than traditional wood frames and drywall. They are also completely waterproof. They work with the waterproofing system by preventing water from entering the basement and will instead guide it to the perimeter drainage system.
Allen B. of Frontenac, Missouri discovered that his basement was collecting water after heavy rain showers. He did not want to have to clean up a mess every time it stormed, so he called Woods Basement Systems.
Design specialist Jake S. assessed the situation and decided that a full waterproofing system would solve all the problems that the homeowner was facing. Foreman William H. then traveled to the home to get the project started.
The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, is one of the key parts of the waterproofing system. The Waterguard drainage system was placed below the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains it to the sump pump.
Allen B. no longer has to worry about his home's basement flooding. He now has a dry and waterproof basement.
