A driveway in Collinsville, IL, was unleveled and dealing with large gaps in between the concrete slabs. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift and level the concrete slabs. This system works well on driveways because the foam hardens to become rock-solid within hours, so the homeowner will be able to use their driveway later that same day. Next, NexusPro™ was used to address the large gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is in great shape!
A basement in Collinsville, IL, was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent any clogging from occurring. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the collected water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure it keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can have peace of mind that their basement will remain dry for years to come!

Jim C. of Bethalto, IL has water leaking into his basement through his foundation walls and floors. The wood panelling he had over his foundation walls were completely water damaged. He'd had enough so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods installed a waterproofing system.
Woods removed the water damaged wood panelling and installed CleanSpace Wall Systems. As shown in the picture, CleanSpace is a thick, plastic vapor barrier that gives basement walls a clean appearance as well as prevents any water from entering the basement through the walls. It instead directs it to the drainage system.
WaterGuard was also installed as part of the waterproofing system. WaterGuard is installed along the walls and into the concrete, as seen in the picture, and concreted over. It sits on top of the footing of the basement, out of the way of any mud that might clog it, and it collects any water seeping in through the walls and floors and drains it away to the sump pump.
Jim C. is happy his basement is dry and he no longer has to worry about water damage.
