This old sump pump was in desperate need of a replacement.  It had become so clogged from dirt and debris that it couldn’t keep up with the amount of incoming water.  Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump in order to permanently waterproof the basement.  The resident now enjoys a dry basement—all the time!

Design specialist Brandon B. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect plan. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, is placed above the footing of the basement. After installment, it is covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

The TripleSafe sump pump, pictured above, has a three pumps that ensure a dry basement: primary, secondary, and battery powered. If, for whatever reason, the primary pump goes out, the secondary pump will kick in. The battery powered pump keeps the basement dry even if the power goes out. The sump pump collects water and removes it from the home through an exterior discharge line.

Foreman, Tyler S. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your home dry with its primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. WaterGuard is set in the perimeter of the basement floor. It works to collect water that has seeped through the basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be pumped out and away from the home. 

Now Craig L. has a watertight home. 

Florissant, Missouri homeowner Dan needed help getting his basement dry. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Brian developed the plan for Dan. 

Foreman Kevin and his crew installed the WaterGuard and TwinPack at the core of the system. The WaterGuard will collect water before it gets to the floor and redirect it to the sump pump. The TwinPack sump pump will pump water out of the home and a safe distance away so that the water cannot come back into the basement. 

Dan can enjoy and use his basement that is now dry and clean.
