A basement in Maryland Heights, MO was leaking and needed to be waterproofed. The homeowner reached out to Woods for a solution. Lucky for them, our top of the line WaterGuard™ ensures no water is left in the basement. This system works by collecting the water and directing it towards the nearby sump pump. Now the homeowner can enjoy their dry basement for years to come! 

Arthur M. of Imperial, Missouri noticed that water was collecting in his home's basement after heavy rain showers. He did not want to have to clean up a mess every time it stormed, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Chris A. assessed the situation and decided that the best option was to install a Twin Pack sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Mason S. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. It collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The Waterguard the drains the water to the sump pump.

Arthur M. no longer has to worry about his home's basement holding water. He now has a dry and waterproof home.

Customer, Nick of Imperial, Missouri wanted to do some preventative waterproofing work in his basement, so he decided to call woods basement systems. Systems design specialist, Pete L., found the best solution and recommended installing a twin pack sump pump and a WaterGuard system.

Foreman, Juan H., worked to install the products. The twin pack sump pump has two pumps included, placed on two levels to prevent flooding, even in severe weather. The WaterGuard works to guide water that seeps through basement walls to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home. 

Now, Nick M. has a dry basement. 

David H. of Imperial, Missouri needed some preventative waterproofing work done to his basement, so he called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Adam R. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps that work to help protect your home against leaks and floods. WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of a basement floor and it is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. It then takes that water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now David H. has a safe, dry basement. 

A homeowner wanted a large window installed in the basement, so an Egress Window was installed. This window is large enough to climb out of in case of an emergency and will let more natural light into the basement. This will improve the safety of the basement and restore peace of mind for years to come!
