Thomas Y. of St. Charles, Missouri noticed that his home's basement was collecting water. He did not want to have to clean up a mess after every heavy rain shower, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.

Design specialist Adam R. assessed the situation and decided the best option was to install a Twin Pack sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. traveled to the home to install the waterproofing products. 

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After it was installed, it was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water that is rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps which guarantee to protect your home from leaks and floods. WaterGuard is a perimeter basement waterproofing system. It goes around the entire basement and it works to collect water that has seeped through the walls. It then takes that water and guides it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home.  

Now Paul T. has a watertight basement. 

This St. Charles, Missouri basement was plagued with leaks during periods of heavy rainfall. The water was making its way through cracks in the walls, and the homeowner was very eager to have the problem dealt with. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team installed under-floor WaterGuard drains at the base of the leaking walls to catch any water and prevent it from reaching the space. 

A sump pump was not able to pump out the amount of water that was entering it in a basement in Saint Peters, MO, so it was replaced with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. The TripleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water.
