A basement in Weldon Spring, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed before concerns of mold emerged. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement. This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to ensure no clogging occurs. The collected water is then directed to the nearest sump pump installed by Woods. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape! 

A driveway in Saint Charles, MO, was in need of a strong sealant to protect the concrete. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, SealantPro™ was used to seal the concrete. This system will extend the life of the driveway and will protect it from water damage. With this system in place, the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their concrete is protected and will remain in great shape! 

As the homeowner started to finish their basement and working so closely with the basement walls, face to face so to speak, they noticed several cracks.  They wisely decided to seal the cracks so they would not have a leaky basement years later from the cracks.  Additionally, they decided to upgrade their sump pump to the TripleSafe with a battery back-up sump pump to help protect their investment in the finished basement.  The sump pump photos are included.
