We tore everything off and hauled it away, then installed synthetic underlayment across the whole roof. Added new drip edge along the eaves and rakes, even removing and reinstalling the gutter wire so it was done right. We hit all the problem areas with ice and water shield, chimneys, valleys, pitch changes, and pipe boots and taped all the seams. We also capped turbines and sealed off any extra holes with OSB to tighten everything up.

Finished it off with IKO Cambridge in Harvard Slate. Clean look, solid system, and backed by a 50-year shingle warranty and 2-year workmanship warranty

Full reroof in Hiawassee bringing this property back to life. We reinforced key leak-prone areas with ice and water shield and made sure every transition was sealed right. Finished in Cornerstone Weathered Wood for a clean look and long-lasting protection. 

When a tree caused damage to this metal roof, our team jumped in fast. We replaced the damaged panel and installed a new ridge cap to restore both protection and appearance—like it never even happened.
