Before & After Photos

Gutter Shutter Grater Atlanta assisted a local Daycare this month with replacing there old, 5" gutters. The current system didn't address the drainage needs of the property and needed our expert teams knowledge and recommended advise.

Jeff, the point of contact for the Daycare, inquired about what a Gutter Replacement w/ Gutter Guards would detail. Having to consider they are running a business that has children always on the property, safety was going to be a major factor with how our team would handle the process of removing the gutters, disposing of the materials and maintaining a safe environment for the children and parents. Knowing this, Jose and the installation team did a fabulous job with maintaining a and clean and safe environment for all.

During the walkthrough, we did see sections of the building that didn't have the proper gutter placement. There are areas of the roof runoff where water wasn't going to be disposed of correctly and if not corrected, would just pour off the side of the roof on to the pavement and grass. We recommended a full gutter installation to address the areas of concern and replaced the current gutters with new 6" K-Style Gutters w/ Gutter Guards. These guards will keep debris and wildlife out of the gutters to avoid gutter cleaning for best results. This business was really impressed with the final results and will recommend our Gutter services to anyone the know that is need of a Gutter company.

Before calling in a gutter contractor, Greater Springfield Baptist Church in Atlanta, GA, was dealing with a section of gutter that had completely torn away from the fascia and was left hanging along the roofline. Church representative Terrance reported the issue and requested an estimate on both the repair and the underlying cause, since a gutter failure of this size is rarely random. The old system consisted of 110 linear feet of open K-style gutters that had been in place for years, gradually weakened by storm exposure and a fascia board no longer strong enough to support the weight of the gutter and hangers.

Once on site, our team's inspection confirmed that a combination of storm damage and a deteriorating fascia board was to blame for the failure. Rather than simply reattaching the loose section, we identified 13 linear feet of fascia board that needed to be replaced to give the new gutter system a solid, stable foundation. As a gutter company that stands behind its work with a warranty and price match guarantee, we removed and disposed of the full 110 linear feet of the old, storm-damaged open K-style gutters before beginning the replacement.

After the project was complete, the church had a fully restored gutter system: new open K-style gutters spanning 110 linear feet, a Wide Mouth Outlet in white, and matching white 3x4 downspouts, all supported by freshly repaired fascia board. The transformation didn't just fix the visible damage; it addressed the structural issue that caused the failure in the first place, giving Greater Springfield Baptist Church a dependable gutter system built to hold up against future storms.

After installing the new Gutter Shutter Seamless System, the homeowner decided to add holiday lights to the installation. Our customer was in the mood to celebrate the holiday season by having a true professional stream these beautiful lights on their already amazing home. Gutter Shutter of Greater Atlanta made a trip to a remote area in Alpharetta to put up this sparkling assortment of white lights.

We decorated the entire front of this 2-story home and the main sections of the 3-car garage. We finished the job by wrapping the trees that faced the main road. Even though we specialize in Gutter Guard and Gutter Shutter installations, we found that adding Holiday Lighting to our services ties the seasonal knot with our existing and new customers.

In Alpharetta, GA, a homeowner had a problem area with their gutter system. Needing a professional evaluation to determine what to do for their concerns in that area. The gutter and downspout that was the main concern was due to storm damage. The homeowner wanted to draw water away from the home where it was pooling, as they were concerned about the integrity of their basement. With water frequently pooling after rains, they knew they needed a professional gutter company who could address all of their concerns. After coming across Gutter Shutter and liking our reviews, they decided to give us a call.

Carlos arrived ready to evaluate their home. After walking the home with the homeowner and determining the gutters on the rest of the home were functioning well, he put together a proposal for addressing their main concerns. Liking the idea of a proposal custom fit to their preferences, they decided to move forward.

The crew arrived ready to work! Once they secured the new gutter and downspout in the area damaged, they quickly began digging for the buried downspout extensions. Once they had dug and pitched the piping for the downspout extensions, they connected everything and replaced the dirt over them.

The customer is thrilled with their cost-effective solution to their problems. Another happy customer in Alpharetta, GA.
