Before: Roof Inspector Geoffrey found widespread staining, uneven wear, and leaks around the skylights on this aging roof.

After: Production Manager Bill and his crew fixed every issue found during the inspection and installed new IKO Dynasty Castle Gray shingles for a clean, fortified, leak-free finish.

The original roof on this Darien home was heavily worn, showing significant granule loss, darkening, moss and algae growth. The new roof has a crisp, clean finish with IKO Dynasty Driftshake shingles.

The existing roof showed aging and weathering on the shingles, increasing the risk of water intrusion and other further damage. The roof was replaced with IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, creating a cleaner, more uniform appearance that is built to protect.

We installed a metal roof on this home in Salisbury, CT. The steps to installing a metal roof are fairly similar to installing a shingle roof. First, we rip up the old shingles and take a look at the existing decking layer and determine if it's reusable. For this job, we were able to reuse the layer. All the plywood sheets were in good shape. Next, we lay down an underlayment and Ice and Water. These layers act as an extra layer of protection and insulation for the home. In case the shingles are penetrated by anything these layers can help plug or seal the hole until proper repairs can be made. Finally, we install the metal roof. Our roofs are interlocking and they overlap so the seams are nearly invisible. This roof transformed the look of this home and truly increased the curb value of it.
