The New Fairfield, CT homeowner provided entry door, a 36x80 with 2 side lites and a transom and had the Brown Roofing Team install it as part of a complete exterior renovation.

The stone chimney showed weathered mortar, staining, and worn flashing at the roofline, leaving the chimney-to-roof transition vulnerable to water intrusion.

After:

Brown Roofing repointed and restored the chimney with fresh masonry work and new copper flashing, creating a cleaner look and a stronger water-shedding seal around the metal roof.

Before: The original siding around the window bay looked worn, faded, and weathered, with visible staining and discoloration that made the front of the home feel tired.

After: The new gray Tando Stone siding gives the home a clean, modern look with sharp contrast against the white trim, adding texture, depth, and fresh curb appeal.
