Before: Inspector Austin’s walk through revealed trouble at a critical transition areas. The metal flashing appeared exposed, aged, and heavily patched, while the surrounding shingles were worn, separated, and vulnerable to water intrusion. When flashing breaks down and gaps begin to form in an area like this, water can work its way beneath the roofing system and put the home at risk for roof leaks.

After: Production Manager Bill and crew installed a well-protected roofing system (IKO Dynasty Shingles) with strong definition and a finished appearance. What was once a leak-prone roof has been transformed into a fortified roof built to protect the home and give the homeowner peace of mind.

This incredible new roof was installed in Bethel by the Brown Roofing team. Our crew worked hard, installing new high-quality IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Glacier. This new roof is sure to keep this home safe and stylish for many years to come.

In order to keep this chimney safe from leaks and water damage, the Brown Roofing team preformed a re-flashing. An all new dark flashing was installed, which better matches this customer's new roof.

The Brown Roofing team replaced this customer's skylight. The first photo shows that the shingles surrounding the skylight do not match the rest of the roof. Because the crew was also preforming a roof replacement, this issue was solved, and the roof looks so much better. A new skylight was installed, and Ice and Water Shield was applied around the area. This process will result in a better protected home.
