After inspection, we determined that the plywood needed to be replaced. Once that was done we laid down the Ice and Water and an underlayment. These layers help further seal the roof from the elements. Lastly, we install the shingles and this customer chose our Owens Cornings Gray Shingles. With this beautiful brand-new roof, this homeowner can be certain that they will be safe and dry for many years to come.
