For this house, we did not need to do a full roof replacement because the decking layer was in good condition. The only thing on this house that needed to be replaced was the underlayment, Ice and Water, and the shingles. Due to not having to replace the decking layer we were able to save the customer money and time. As you can see in the photos it was already turning night and this customer wanted the job fully completed in one day, so we stayed later than usual to get the job done and made sure to meet their expectations to the fullest.

Our team replaced this rotting roof in Weston, CT. The first step to this roof replacement was ripping up the old shingles and taking a closer look at the decking layer. The decking layer on this house was rotting in a few locations and needed to be replaced. We ripped up the old sheets of plywood and replaced them with brand-new sheets. Next, we laid down an underlayment and Ice and Water. These two layers act as extra insulation and protection for the roof. Finally, we installed the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, which transformed the home.
