The Brown Roofing team took on a large and complex roof replacement in Greenwich, Connecticut. Many roofing sections and skylights made this a complex job. However, the Brown Roofing team was up to the task! These shingles were covered in algae, moss, and lichen. Over time, these problems can weaken the shingles and create holes, which may cause leaks and water damage. For these reasons, the crew removed old shingles and replaced any damaged wood decking. Finally, new plywood, and IKO Dynasty shingles were installed. This customer chose the shingle color Glacier.
