This Hamden, CT roof showed evident wear and discoloration with cracking and general aging across the shingles that made the home more vulnerable to future problems. Our team replaced the roof with IKO Dynasty Glacier shingles that give the roof a clean, uniform look that strengthens protection and improves curb appeal.

This customer's roof was in need of several repairs. Our Brown Roofing team re-flashed this home's headwall and sky light, installed ice and water shield, and installed perma boots. These measures will help this roof preform well when exposed to the elements. These pictures show all of the hard work that is put in by our team to complete just one of these tasks. The crew removed the shingles around this skylight, installed ice and water shield, re-flashed the skylight, and then re-shingled this area.
