When this Woodbridge, CT homeowner was experiencing a leaking roof, they gave Brown Roofing a call. Our team repaired the leak, as well as clearing the roof of debris accumulation for improved protection.

The original roof had some dark spots and stains, which can indicate minor wear or dirt accumulation. The roof was replaced with IKO Dynasty Olde Style Weatherwood shingles, improving protection and curb appeal.

The original roof showed clear signs of wear and damage. The shingles were aging, with some edges curling and lifting. This can lead to water infiltration if left unaddressed. The new roof was upgraded and given a clean, sharp finish that is built to protect the home against Connecticut weather.

Around the skylight areas of the roof in the before photo, it is noticeable that there are missing shingles. This could lead to potential leakage if not addressed. The Brown Roofing team repaired the skylight area and matched the shingles with the rest of the roof to restore protection and curb appeal.

This customer called looking for new gutters for their home. The original gutters were occasionally overflowing and leaked in a few areas. There was also algae and moss growing on them bringing down the overall appearance of the home.

To fix this we installed our 6K Gutter System. This system is comprised of many improvements over standard gutters which allow water to efficiently flow from the roof to the ground. For starters, the downspouts are 50% larger than the conventional counterpart but allow double water flow. We also use wide mouths at the start of the downspout to ensure that there are no blockages or water backups during a heavy storm.

With a brand-new sleek gutter system, the home looks beautiful and dry. Another Job done and another happy customer!
