The old roof on this home in Northford was badly leaking, and needed to be replaced. The Brown Roofing team saved the day by installing an all new roof onto this home. Our crew used IKO Dynasty shingles to create a durable new roof that will protect this home from leaks, and other weather damages. 

The Brown Roofing team re-pointed this chimney in Northford, and poured a new chimney crown. These adjustments will help this chimney preform its best. In addition, the chimney also looks better than ever. 

The original gutter in this home were dented and had algae all over them and they were just unattractive. Everything about the original gutters that was wrong or unattractive was fixed by our 6K Gutter system. The highly visible brackets that held the original gutters up were now hidden and the crooked downspouts were now straight. No more dented or algae covered gutters. These brand new gutters will keep the water away from the house and prevent any potential leaks in the future.

Before: Inspector Geoffrey’s examination of this roof showed vulnerable transition areas where the roofing sections met, with worn shingles, debris buildup, and an exposed opening that could allow water to work beneath the system. When critical tie-in areas begin to separate like this, the home is left in jeopardy of roof leaks and ongoing water damage.

After: Now the roof is fortified and protected with IKO Dynasty Brownstone Shingles, professionally installed by Quality Control Manager Danny and his crew.
