This customer's  leaking roof was in need of several repairs and a partial flat roof replacement. The Brown Roofing team re-flashed around the chimney and vent. Old and stained shingles were removed and replaced with a new EPDM roof.

This customer's roof was in need of several repairs. Our Brown Roofing team re-flashed this home's headwall and sky light, installed ice and water shield, and installed perma boots. These measures will help this roof preform well when exposed to the elements. These pictures show all of the hard work that is put in by our team to complete just one of these tasks. The crew removed the shingles around this skylight, installed ice and water shield, re-flashed the skylight, and then re-shingled this area.
