From the inspector’s point of view, the original roof was showing clear signs of age and deterioration. The shingles had widespread organic growth, visible staining, and surface wear across multiple sections, all of which suggested the roof’s protective integrity was fading. Moss and lichen buildup were holding moisture against the roof surface, and the overall weathered condition indicated the system was no longer shedding water the way it should. Taken together, these issues made the roof increasingly prone to leaks and future water intrusion. In the after photo, the home was transformed with brand-new IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, giving the roof a clean, uniform appearance and dependable new protection.

The home is now protected with IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, giving the roof a sharper look and guaranteed protection for up to 50 years.

The Brown Roofing team rebuild this old chimney. Stained and worn out mortar was removed and replaced, and new bricks were installed. This chimney's performance has increased just as drastically as it's appearance has. 

The Brown Roofing team installed ridge vents on either side of this homeowner's chimney. This new ridge vent allows for hot air to exit this customer's attic. This can prevent condensation and mold. After the new ridge vent was installed, our crew finished this job by adding new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray.
