Brand new wood deking was installed, along with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Biscayne. This Homeowner had algae growing on her roof which was eating away at the UV protective layer on the shingles which accelerated the aging of the shingles and made them fade faster. We ripped up the old roof and installed the new shingles within the day leaving the customer with a safe amazing roof that is guaranteed to last 50 years.

This roof was in rough shape. There were issues all over, anything from leaking flashing and algae growth to broken shingles and even a hole into the home. Within one day we ripped the old shingles, replaced the decking layer, added new underlayment and Ice and Water and installed the new shingles. By the end of the day our team left the job site with a happy customer with a brand new, safe and quality roof.
