When the business owner began experiencing leaks, Brown Roofing inspected the flat roof to find the source of the problem and recommend the right solution. When we showed up to the Grassi's home there roof had color fade and damages all around from old age. They also had a hole around one of their vents and daylight could be seen from in the attic. They decided on IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles which matched their siding and trim, we also fixed the hole around the vent and smaller damages around the chimney.
