Stratford homeowner Cenita called Brown Roofing after noticing her aging roof was in rough shape. Inspector Mat confirmed that a full replacement was needed, and under Project Manager Carlos’s direction, the crew stripped the roof down to the rafters, replaced all the damaged plywood, and sealed everything with ice and water shield. When we showed up to the Grassi's home there roof had color fade and damages all around from old age. They also had a hole around one of their vents and daylight could be seen from in the attic.
