Our inspection found large areas of lose and missing shingles as well as streaking. The homeowner chose to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty Summit Gray Shingles.
Before: This aging roof was leaking and showed heavy granule loss, uneven weathering, and cupped shingles on the lower sections.
After: Project Manager Gary and crew stripped the roof, replaced damaged plywood decking, and installed new IKO Dynasty Frost Stone Grey shingles.
Brown Roofing recently completed a significant roofing and chimney repair project for homeowner Pamella in Bridgeport, CT. The before photo reveals a roof that had experienced considerable wear, with visible damage and an aging chimney in need of attention.
With salesman Mat assisting Pamella, the decision was made to use IKO Dynasty shingles in the rich Brownstone color, which adds warmth and character to the home’s exterior. Under the skilled management of project manager Carlos, the installation process was executed with care and precision, ensuring both the roof and chimney were restored to their optimal condition. The after photo highlights the stunning transformation, showcasing a robust, beautiful roof that not only enhances curb appeal but also provides lasting protection. This project reflects Brown Roofing’s dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, giving Pamella a reliable roof and a beautifully repaired chimney for years to come.
For this home, we were only replacing the flat portions of the roof which made the job much simpler due to the slope of the other parts of the roof. In the before image three white rectangles can be seen and these are actually just temporary patches put into place. Their roof was leaking badly and luckily they called us in time and we were able to take care of the leaks. We also replaced the flat sections on the second and first-floor roofs. Flat roofs tend to take longer to complete compared to shingle roofs, but after a few short days, we completed their roof ensuring that they would be safe and dry under their new roof for a very long time.
