Brand new IKO Dynasty shingles make this roof look fantastic, and provide extra protection against further roof damage. The color Granite Black, which was the shingle color chosen by the customer, greatly complements this home. 

In order to better protect this chimney from leaks and water damage, a re-flashing was needed. The Brown Roofing team was up to the task. The old flashing was removed, which is shown in the first picture. New flashing was applied, which not only looks great, but will also help keep this homeowner's chimney safe from leaks and water damage. 

This homeowner's chimney had a damaged crown, and needed new flashing. They chose Brown Roofing for the job. The crew removed the old flashing and added new lead step flashing around the base of the chimney. This will help prevent water damage and erosion against the chimney. Additionally, our team poured a new cement crown and repointed this chimney.
