This homeowner's chimney had a damaged crown, and needed new flashing. They chose Brown Roofing for the job. The crew removed the old flashing and added new lead step flashing around the base of the chimney. This will help prevent water damage and erosion against the chimney. Additionally, our team poured a new cement crown and repointed this chimney.

This cottage in Litchfield, CT was leaking into the Kitchen. Our crew replaced the entire roof with IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles.

For this job our team carefully demoed the old roof and decking layer, they then laid down new plywood, underlayment, and ice and water to protect against the elements. This houses original roof looked worn and outdated but by the end of the day they had a brand new roof that looked great!

For this home, our team had a small repair job on the roof's lower sections. The areas we fixed suffered from algae growth, which led to some minor leaks but nothing extremely damaging. Due to the leaks the underlayment and decking layer needed to be replaced. Luckily for the homeowner, the water stopped at the decking layer so that's all that needed to be replaced. Once the decking layer, underlayment, and Ice and Water were replaced, we moved onto the shingles. The homeowner wanted the shingles to match with the rest of the house so our team picked out IKO Dynasty Castle Gray Shingles which matched perfectly with the rest of the roof and house. Within a few hours, we were done with the job and the homeowner now has a dry watertight roof that will protect their home from whatever Mother Nature throws at it.
