After resolving the homeowner's main roof leak, Klaus Larsen Roofing was asked to tackle their detached garage roof, which had aged beyond repair. The garage roof was a mix of shingled and low-slope areas, both showing clear signs of deterioration. The customer wanted to ensure the low-slope section directed water properly into the gutters and was also concerned about protecting their neighbor’s pool deck and covered pond during the process. Our team removed the old materials, installed IKO Dynasty Frostone Gray shingles for the main section, and Polyglass SBS Slate Gray for the low-slope area. Special attention was given to meet the customer’s drainage concerns. By the end, the homeowner had a brand-new, durable roof that was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

After a storm below some shingles from the ridge vent of this home, the homeowner called Klaus Larsen Roofing for a solution. We quickly repaired the damaged area to prevent any leaks.

This Columbus, OH homeowner's gutter protection was not doing its job. The gutters were clogged, causing water to back up onto the roof and under the shingles which can lead to some serious roofing issues. He called Klaus Larsen Roofing and we sent Project Manager David Rountree out to the home to install RainDrop Gutter Guard, which will keep his gutters free of debris.

Customer called in with a request for a roof repair. He has a leak coming through the attic and believes its from the roof. the roof is 12 years old and they are sure they need the full panel replaced. Klaus roofing assisted with the repair and secured the home. 

This combination rubber and shingle roof was leaking in multiple spots and the homeowners wanted to do a roof replacement as quickly as possible. This large roof took our team two days to complete and will be keeping these homeowners dry for years to come!
