Beautifully finished roof that goes perfectly with the homeowner's house.

This single-family home was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also installed a synthetic underlayment to repel water. The shingles installed are onxy black. Lastly, we finished the job by replacing the fascia trim with new Kleer composite trim boards. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This ranch style home located in Southington, CT just got a complete roof makeover! To start, we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. We then laid down  Ice & Water Shield and ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment to adhere to the roofing surface and repel any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we put in Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation which is pertinent to keep mold out of the attic. 

This raised ranch located in Southington, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We finished by removing and replacing existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
