The installation of Dynasty Architectural Shingles was recommended for their superior durability, featuring a larger nailing surface, tear-resistant Armour Zone strip, and Fastlock sealant for added bonding strength. Additionally, all gutters and downspouts on the house will be replaced to ensure proper drainage and long-term structural integrity. Before proceeding, consultation with Orion was required to confirm local rules and approved shingle colors for Victorian Village.
