This house in Woodstock CT was in need of a new roof. To start the process we tore off and disposed of one layer of existing roofing material, and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We installed 2 rows of ice & water near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed IKO Cambridge Shingles in the color Dual Brown. We installed a brand new ridge vent to ensure consistent attic ventilation. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This single family home built in 1978 was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimney, and skylights. For shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Harbor Blue. We also installed 2 brand new Velux Skylights. We finished by installing a brand new VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. This home had severely damaged plywood from water entering the attic. We replaced around 40 sheets and installed New Onyx Black Duration Shingles.

This large colonial style home in Griswold, CT was in need of a new roof and new gutter system. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier. For the new gutters, we installed 5" heavy duty Aluminum Seamless gutters by Englert. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.
