Deborah's home in Gales Ferry, CT, recently received a complete roof replacement to renew the home's protection and enhance its overall appearance. Replacing an aging roof is one of the best ways to help safeguard a home while improving its curb appeal for years to come.

Our crew carefully removed the existing roofing materials and prepared the roof for a brand-new roofing system. Every stage of the installation was completed with attention to detail to create a durable, reliable roof built to withstand Connecticut's changing weather conditions.

For the finishing touch, Deborah selected IKO Dynasty shingles in Glacier. The light, crisp color brightened the home's exterior and gave it a fresh, updated look while complementing the property's existing design.

This home got a Klaus Signature Roof upgrade! After stripping the existing roof and replacing the rotted plywood decking, we installed the premier Klaus Sealoron XT Ice & Water shield and Velora ONE Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from outside moisture. For asphalt shingles, we used only the best - IKO Dynasty in the color Glacier. IKO Dynasty are heavy-duty shingles with a larger nailing surface, tear resistant Armour Zone strip, Fastlock sealant to create even stronger bonds for maximum protection and a 130 MPH Wind Warranty. 

The roof on this lovely colonial home in North Woodstock, CT had seen better days and was in need of a roof replacement. We took on this project and began by tearing away and disposing of one layer of existing roofing material. After inspecting the roof decking for damage, we found 3 plywood decking sheets that needed to be replaced. With the new decking sheets in position, we then layed down two layers of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the house from rain, sleet, and snow. For additional water resistance, Synthetic Underlayment was adhered to the roof's surface in the spots that were not covered by the Ice & Water Barrier. When it came to the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System, using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Harvard Slate colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent and replaced the chimney flashing as well as the vent pipe boot. This colonial home is good as new thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

A lake house in Woodstock, CT was in need of a roof replacement due to severe storm damage and algae growth throughout the roof.
