Tiffany in Baltic, CT reached out looking to update a few of the entry points on her home with new doors that would improve both appearance and function. The project included removing the existing double doors and front storm door, all while keeping everything intact during the process.

Our team installed a custom ProVia Legacy front entry steel door along with custom ProVia Legacy French double doors. Both French doors were designed as active panels that open from the outside into the home, creating a more open and functional entryway. To finish the exterior properly, we installed 5/4 x 4 PVC trim and added new white J-channel to give the doors a clean, finished look.

The final result is a noticeable upgrade to the home’s exterior, with durable, high-quality doors that provide both style and long-lasting performance.

This home in Gardner, MA, received a full siding replacement using ProVia Willowbrook Vinyl Siding in the color Lifestyle Pewter. For a clean, finished look, we also installed white ProVia corners, soffit, and fascia. The original siding was worn and peeling and no longer matched the home's charm. This transformation gave the property a completely refreshed and modern appearance. Beyond looks, the new siding adds long-term durability and protection, giving the homeowner peace of mind for years to come.

The owner of this single family home on the shoreline in Groton, CT called Klaus Larsen because there were leaks in the home. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, the damaged plywood was replaced. Three rows of Ice & Water Sheild was installed, along with a Synthetic Underlayment that is engineered to repel water. The old chimney flashing was replaced with new, lead flashing. The existing vent pipe boot was replaced with a black, Perma-Boot. Architectural-style asphalt shingles  in the color of Driftwood, were used which have a 10 year algae-resistance warranty and a 130 MPH wind resistance warranty. This roof is ready for the spring and summer weather by the shoreline!
