After meeting with our team, they decided on a partial roof replacement to strengthen and protect their home. We applied our trusted sealing system with the SealoronXT Ice&Water and the VeloraOne Roof Underlayment, and installed a Polyglass flat roof system on the back for long-lasting waterproofing. For the shingled section, we used IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in the color Granite Black, giving the home a sleek, refreshed look.
