Over the rest of the roof, we added VeloraONE Roof Underlayment to create a strong barrier. Lastly, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles, built to withstand winds up to 130mph. At this 1960's colonial style home located in Willington, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home.
