Mike recently purchased a charming home in Griswold, CT, but the roof was over 20 years old and showing signs of wear. Wanting to start homeownership off on the right foot, he reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for a full roof replacement. After a detailed inspection from one of our project consultants, Mike felt confident he was choosing the right roofing company to protect his investment. The roofing crew began by removing the old shingles and replacing any damaged plywood to create a strong, secure base. We then sealed the roof deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape and added SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in the most vulnerable areas. For the rest of the roof, we installed VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for full-surface protection. To finish it off, we laid down IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, a bold, modern look backed by a 50-year warranty. This home had no gutters before we got there. The homeowners decided they would make a bold statement by adding black gutters on their white house!

This customer reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing because her roof was in the need of a replacing. It was getting older and she wanted to make sure she didn't start having problems with leaking. The new roof looks so great.

This was a great project for Klaus Larsen. The Central Assembly of God in Wauregan, CT was experiencing leaks due to the fascia and the roof was partially metal and partially shingle. After replacing the damaged plywood, three rows of  Ice & Water was installed. Underlayment was installed, which is engineered to repel water. White aluminum drip edge/rake flashing was installed along the outside perimeter of the roof. CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles were used to match the recently installed roof slopes. The color was Charcoal Black.

This homeowner's asphalt roof in Plainfield, CT was about 25 years old and needed to be replaced.
