Mary in Lebanon, CT, owns a beautiful property with a home and two barns. Here was a home in Mansfield Center that we roofed along with an accompanying stand alone garage. Ice & water shield was installed on the dormer with revamped lead flashing on the chimney.

This home in Mansfield had a roof that was old and curling at the edges. When we replaced the roof, the owners wanted the gutters replaced with new gutter guards. The entire roof was torn off and replaced on the same day. We then installed Aluminum Seamless gutter and LeafRelief gutter guards.

This single-family home was in need of a new roof. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Desert Tan. We finished the job by installing a Ridge Vent, which comes with a Weather Protector moisture barrier. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
