Ann in Old Lyme, CT, reached out for a roof replacement after realizing her roof was over 20 years old and starting to show its age. Our team removed the old shingles, replaced the damaged plywood, and installed the SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the seams. We added SealoronXT Ice & Water in the vulnerable areas and covered the rest of the roof with Velora One Underlayment to protect the home from leaks. Once the foundation was set, we completed the project with new shingles in Castle Grey. It was a clean install, and now Ann has a strong, updated roof from a roofing company she can count on.

Here we had a charming lake house on Columbia Lake. The view made this job quite a treat.  

Klaus Larsen installed 5” Aluminum Seamless Gutters & Down Spouts. These types of gutters are built in one piece, specifically to inhibit any leaks from cracks or seams.

This was a Cape style house with an additional two-car garage. The roof was 18 years old, with two layers that were removed and carefully disposed of. In addition to installing ventilation within the roof, we also added a ridge vent to the garage.

Our crew performed a complete roof replacement for this home in Columbia, CT. We tore off the existing shingles that were outdated and installed all new ones. Also during this project, we replaced the chimney flashing, ridge vents, and skylight flashing. The homeowners really appreciated our crew's attention to detail!
