This single family home in Niantic, CT was in need of a new roof. Klaus Larsen Roofing started the process by removing one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. This ranch-style, single family home in Oakdale, CT was due for a full roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and disposed of them properly. We then located 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking, which we then removed and replaced. To weather proof their new roof, we installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to help repel water. When it came to the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Grey colorway. In addition, we also removed and replaced the chimney flashing and the vent pipe boot. This cozy family home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
