This single-family home in Portland, CT was in need of a new roof and new gutters. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we removed and replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then patched the damaged plywood in the attic for further structural stability. In accordance with the new building codes, we were sure to seal all roof joints with flashing tape. We also installed two rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, roof intersections, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Earthtone Cedar. In terms of gutters, we installed 5" heavy duty Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing roofing vent pipe boots with brand new Perma-Boots int he color Black. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing! 

This single-family home in Clinton, Connecticut was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. We finished the job by sealing cracks in their chimneys with mortar and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This cozy one family home in East Hartford, CT had a roof that began to show signs of aging and was in need of replacing. To begin this project, we tore away all the existing roofing material and disposed of the debris appropriately. Upon examination of the roof deck it was determined that there was one damaged sheet of plywood decking that needed replacing. Next, we installed two rows of IKO Gold Shield Ice & Water Barrier as well as Stormtite Synthetic Underlayment in order to weather proof the home. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Roofing System using IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Castle Grey colorway. To finish off this job we replaced the existing chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This small colonial home in Cobalt, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started off this project by tearing away and disposing of one layer of asphalt roofing. Next, we installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from rain and snow. For the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Brown colorway. To finish off this job we installed a ridge vent to keep the attic ventilated, as well as replacing the vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The owners of this home in Suffield called us because they needed their roof repaired. At first, they asked us to install a 2nd layer of shingles over the original. The owners changed their mind when we visited the job and explained how a 2nd layer would only harm their home without fixing their issues. We fixed their roof by tearing off the old shingles and installing new ice & water barrier and synthetic underlayments. Lastly, the Onyx Black Duration shingles were installed and the owners had their skylights replaced at the same time with new solar powered skylights.
